- Custom/Prescription Items: Orders requiring custom work, such as prescription lenses, may take longer. Specific processing estimates will be provided at the time of purchase.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We use reliable courier services for all domestic shipments.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. You will see the final cost before completing your purchase.
- Delivery Times: Once shipped, standard domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather).
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to a selection of countries.
- International Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and chosen shipping speed.
- Delivery Times: International orders are typically delivered within 7 – 14 business days after shipment.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee. We are unable to predict or control these fees, and payment is required by the customer to ensure final delivery.
4. Order Tracking
We ensure you can track your order from our center to your door.
- Tracking Number: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your unique tracking number via the email address or WhatsApp number provided during checkout.
- Tracking Link: Please use the provided tracking number on the courier’s official website to monitor the shipment’s progress.
